Q: What is the store currency?
- The store currency is in SGD. You can view with your country's currency.
Q: Do you accept commissions?
- Sorry, I am not accepting commission currently.
Q: There is a mistake in my order!
- Please contact me via Instagram DM (potaytoeee) or Email (potaytoeee@hotmail.com) and I will make necessary arrangements for you.
Q: I gave the wrong address after placing an order! What do I do?
- A: Contact me ASAP via Instagram DM (potaytoeee) or Email (potaytoeee@hotmail.com)
- Once your order is shipped, there is nothing I can do to change/redirect your shipment.
- Please double check your shipping address before making the order.
- You will need to bear the extra cost of reshipment if the address was entered wrongly by you.
Q: I made more than 1 order, can I combine the shipping?
- Yes you can as long as the orders are not shipped yet. You can leave a note at checkout or contact me via Email and I will refund you the extra shipping fees.
Q: What if my order is lost?
- I will not be liable for lost shipments for Standard Shipping. Please check the Shipping Information page for more information.
Q: Where do you ship from?
- Singapore! :)
Q: Do you ship to UK and EU countries?
- Yes I currently ship to UK and EU countries, however, customers will need to pay for VAT when receiving packages as this store does not charge VAT on behalf.
Q: Do you ship to USA?
- Due to the new tariff rules, I am offering flat letter mail to the USA only. Any order that includes non-flat items will be cancelled.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
- Yes! Even to the USA as this will be flat letter mail.
Q: I did not receive my mail!
- International mail may take up to 4 weeks and if you do not receive any mail beyond that please email me at potaytoeee@hotmail.com ASAP and I will make necessary arrangements.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes you may cancel your subscription any time before the next recurring payment is charged.
Q: When is Spuddies Club mail sent out?
- It will be sent out on the last business day of the month.
Q: I've selected the wrong birth month on my subscription, can I change that?
- I can change that for you on my side. Please DM me @potaytoeee or email me at potaytoeee@hotmail.com
